Rouge access point info not showing up in NCS

The rouge access points being detected by the 5508 WLC are not showing up on the Context Aware tab of NCS? I have a MSE 3310 installed and configured and it shows to be syncronizing with the WLC. I'm sure I am missing some part of the configuration just not sure where. Any help is appreciated.

5508 WLC - v7.2.103.0

MSE 3310 - v7.2.103.0

Cisco Prime NCS - v1.1.1.24

I think rogue aps should appear under security tab. Right?

They do show up under the security tab but I was thinking that they would be detected by the MSE as well?

They should show up in  the MSE,

I on different but related note ,  have aissue where Cisco APs (autonomous) are not being detected in NCS as rogue APs, they are 1240s and 1130s . On NCS 1.1.058 and WLC are 7.2.110.0 MSE is the same 7.2.110. 0. The site has all 3600 APs
