Selectively transferring Cisco one licenses from one controller to the other.

Hello Experts, 

At the time of creating a CCW estimate, I had two controllers with unevenly distributed Cisco One Licenses.

Off late, I have a requirement to have both the controller with equal number of licenses and thus would be required to selectively transfer some of the licenses from one controller to another.

Can it be facilitated? Would a TAC case help?

Send an email to Cisco Licensing Team and provide the following information: 

1.  CCO login; 

2.  Serial numbers of the appliances; and 

3.  What you're trying to achieve.

As I need to proceed on this requirement few weeks down the line, would want to make sure if its possible once I raise the request to licensing team. 

Could someone please confirm on the possibility of achieving the needful?
