Services offered as part of C1-ISE-BASE-AP license which is part of Cisco one foundation perpetual (C1FPAIR1000K9)

Hello Experts, 

Is the license "C1-ISE-BASE-AP" applicable to APs or the end points? From my understanding these have nothing to do with wireless access points but are related to end points (wireless client devices & wired client devices)

This is for the ISE radius server. It allows you to use 25 EndPoints (per AP under C1 licensing, if I understand it correct) on the ISE.

The C1-ISE-BASE-AP license is added to the ISE endpoint pool for any endpoint.  The only license that is not added to the pool is the Mobility licenses.
