I have a Cisco 2504 Wireless controller and using AP3702. We have it set up and working at our main location but I can't seem to get it to push to our sister location with is about 45 miles away. I have not been able to find a guide or anything to see what I might be missing. I have tried to create a new WLAN for that location and have the settings the same as the one that is working at the main location. I can log into the Cisco Network Assistant and the AP at the other location shows up there but can't get the traffic to pass anything and can't get it to talk to the Controller. Anyone have any experience with doing this that could offer some guidance?

Hi James,
Does each site utilise the same DNS servers?
I recall with the Cisco WLC solution that a static DNS record is require to allow the AP to find the controller.
Can you see the AP in the WLC?

It does have the same DNS server but will check for sure tomorrow morning. No the AP does not show up in the WLC.
