short output of show logging at c9800

Hi there is short output of show logging at c9800. how can we check its capacity and increase it? Thank you

          - Preferably configure syslog-server , too , so that you can review logs over longer time periods.

What logs are you looking for? If it is syslog you have to offload it to a external syslog server.

Also 9800 platforms use always on logging, so you can always define how long back you want your logs related to the clients authentication,association, AP join history etc. and retrieve it from the controller. Of course there is a limitation on how long you can go back to and more on loggin can be found below.
