Some web-page is not open AP1231G and 802.11g WLAN card

The AP1231G and AIR-PI21AG-W-K9 (a/b/g combo) WLAN card are configured with 128bit wep-key. ping test is ok, but some web site (sometimes ap http)site is not open or stop loading.

The DNS server setting is ok.wep-key setting is ok.

If I remove wep-key setting or disable 802.11g data-rate(except 1,2.2,5,11Mbps require). the web-site is open well. this web site openning problem is happend only between AP1231G and 802.11g WLAN cards.
