Splash page on Cisco 1230 WAP

Does anyone know how to set up IP redirect to an address not in your LAN- through the web without using a RADIUS server? I am testing ways to deploy a hotspot that will direct users to a predifined page once they access the WLAN. Any help would be helpful. I am open to using some web service as well as long as it is not too costly.

If you have a wlc it has a simple portal. Otherwise you would need to look at guest box. Like Nomadix or something similar ..
