Unable to Join SSID on 9800L WLC

I am not able to join computers with static IP to SSID anymore using PSK. Everything was working fine until I ran into a power outage and WLCs restarted. When I try to join I am getting cannot connect to the network. When I looked at the logs it says:

03.988: %SESSION_MGR-5-FAIL: Chassis 2 R0/0: wncd: Authorization failed or unapplied for client (0020.a6fc.b9b7) on Interface capwap_90000003 AuditSessionID 2800000A000003D249E1A86C. Failure Reason: VLAN Failure. Failed attribute name Vlan310.

Any suggestions on fix ? Thanks

Thanks I changed vlan to 310 instead of Vlan310 under policy profile. Issue is fixed. 

Appreciate your help. Its definitely a bug in 9800 IOS

Actually if you read the bug notes this is by design which is why the bug is terminated (will not be fixed).

For Flex you're expected to use the vlan ID or define the name in the flex profile.

 Make sure the WLC did not lost any configuration.

On the doc below, look the section "Configuring Static IP Client Mobility (CLI)"

Configuring Static IP Client Mobility (GUI)
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Configuration > Tags & Profiles > Policy.
Step 2 On the Policy page, click the policy profile name or click Add to create a new one.
Step 3 Click the Mobility tab.
Step 4 Set the Static IP Mobility field to Enabled state.
Step 5 Click Update & Apply to Device.

 - Flavio made a relevant remark about the correctness of the current configuration ; in  that context always useful is CLI : show tech wireless , have the output processed by  https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/ , besides the current issue you will also get lots of other advisories.

Hi was facing the same issue, 

%SESSION_MGR-5-FAIL: Chassis 1 R0/0: wncd: Authorization failed or unapplied for client (12cc.d24b.042b) on Interface capwap_90000009 AuditSessionID 0BA0640A00000076630D3516. Failure Reason: VLAN Failure. Failed attribute name DATA_VLAN.

I Policy Profile the VLAN Name was DATA_VLAN

I Change the VLAN NAME DATA_STAFF_VLAN to DATA_VLAN  and this resolve my issue.
