Upgrading 11.06 to latest Firmware Cisco AP 350's

Where can I get the great information on upgrading our 45 Access points to the latest firmware. Do I have to upgrade to each new level of firmware or can I go from 11.06 to the latest?

Your access points need to be on version 11.07 for you to jump all the way to the latest firmware. Here are all the lastest firmware release notes. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps458/ps447/index.html

I cannot find the 11.07 image. I see MIB's, but not regular Cisco ios.
