Hi, we are using a virtual Cisco wireless controller: software version, 8.3.141.0 with basic configuration. but our users facing the issue of disconnection and mostly are Apple Iphones
1. simple SSIDs with WPA2, AUTH PSK
2. All Access points configured on Flex-Connect mode
3. No VLAN and AP Model is: AIR-CAP1602I-A-K9

First I would recommand to upgarde the software to stable version: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284464214/type/280926587/release/8.3.150.0
8.0.140.0 version is alredy deferred from cisco.

first try with 8.3.150.0 version.

Hi Sandeep,
I have upgraded to 8.3.150.0 as you suggested and monitor some days but still the same issue, the user got disconnect many times.
and the configuration is the same for SSID as mentioned above.
Please advise.

paste the logs from wlc
also paste the output of the command from wlc: sh wlan <id>

If enabled, disable 802.11r (FT) for testing. Do you use Client Load-Balancing? That can also cause this.
