What specifically are you looking for? How it works? how well it works?
Depending on your application, VSAT can be a Great Thing or a nightmare.
Since all traffic must tracel 22,500 miles each way to the satellite, plus the usual terrestrial latency, it is very difficult to use for applications like Telnet (~2-3 second delay FOR EACH CHARACTER).
For things like web and FTP (client / server ... steady stream / block mode traffic) it works very well.
Try a Google on "VSAT" and also look at this page:

They have a "plain english" description, and will give you an idea of service plans and stuff.
Webopedia says it's only good for 56K. I know this is not true, and many vendors (including VSAT Systems) are offering up to 512 up and 2048k down (or more, if you have the bucks).
