Hi All,
I tried to install my permanent license of my vWLC running 7.5 version and I change the priority of the eval license from high to low in order to make the pernament (base-ap-count) license to status "In-Used". However, after the vWLC reboot the supported AP number is reset to zero although I checked the license is still there. I found there is license error when the vWLC boot up as attached image and I tried to search internet and Cisco website for answer but in vain. Does anybody know how to make it work?
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Teru Lei

You need to open a TAC case with licensing.

Hi Teru
could you check if current s/n of the vWLC is the same as one in the license file (filename)?
I have experience when s/n changes after reboot even if vm id stays same.
