WAP121 IP address changed and now cannot access configuration

I have a WAP121 Access Point that continues to work perfectly since installation in early 2014. I am unable to access the setup/configuration. I have the correct IP address for the AP as shown on the router's IP list but when trying to access the AP at that address I receive the message "192.168.1XX.XXX refused to connect" in my browser. Any suggestions for how to connect to this AP's setup/configuration?

Are you sure that no other device is using that ip address?

Problem solved by matching MAC address of AP to those listed on the IP list of the router and noting my use of incorrect IP. Can now access AP setup/configuration of AP.

Old lessons relearned. Thank-you for a goof first experience here.

Thank-you for the response.

Yes. Ping results are 0% loss. Average 84ms round trip.
