Hello everybody,
I'm having some problems to configure a WAP200 as repeater of an external access point WAP200E.
I have followed all the steps to achieve it, but I can't get it to work:
1. I configure WAP200 as repeater, locating the wireless MAC address of the WAP200E.
2. I check the security and SSID configuration to make it to match
3. I allow in the WAP200E to accept WAP200 as repeater of its signal
This configuration does not work. I can get any IP traffic when I connect to the WAP200 and I checked all the options to be sure it has no mistakes.
I wonder if I need some firmware upgrade or if they are incompatible to operate this way. Has anyone had this problem? Where can I get the latest firmware upgrades?
The versions of hardware and software are the following:
WAP200
Hardware version: 1.0
Software version: 2.0.1.3-ETSI
WAP200E
Hardware version: Rev.01
Software version: 1.20
