Get a wireless site survey done correctly.

The building is not built yet, but we will need to deciede where to place the AccessPoints, so the cable company know´s where to make network connections.

"building is not built yet" is just an excuse.

A wireless site survey is also known as a wireless AP placement design.  If all the above information is plotted, it will provide a rough indication as to where the APs can be place, what model/antenna combo to use, how high will it have to be positioned.

IMPORTANT:  Remember, during this stage the racks are TOTALLY EMPTY.

NOTE:  How it will be installed (dangling from a trapeze or bolted to a frame of the rack) is an structural engineer's job.

Exactly - you can do a predictive site survey in advance.

Wall mounts or celling mounts depend mostly on practicality of implementation.

I've done some warehouses like this one and some good antennas to start with will be the Acceltex ATS-OHDP-245-13-4NJ-IC at both sides of the aisles, and the Acceltex ATS-OP-245-13-6RPTP-36 in the middle of the aisles to provide full redundacy with 2 APs along the aisle in case anyone fails in that aisle.
