In stock WCL 3504 Software Version 8.5.140.0.

How to change the signal power level not for the entire controller, but only for one AP2802i?

Found in the menu on the control panel, it is installed here, the settings are highlighted in gray .... see the screen.

What settings are better to do for Ipone 5?

Do you have only one AP or several?
Your screenshot sadly is missing.

If only one AP, make sure the AP is running. Then login to WLC -> Advanced (top right, not always needed) -> Wireless -> Access Points -> 802.11a/n/ac -> Blue arrow down - Configure -> Tx Power Level Assignment - set to Custom and select the number 1 -> Apply -> Save Configuration.

Now the 5 GHz radio for this single AP is set to the maximum power. The same can be done for the second interface, which is under Dual-Band Radios.

Make sure you use WPA2 with AES as encryption on the SSID.

There is no setting to help one specific device. You are limited on the devices that are on your network. Keep in mind if you increase the power, you can have more devices join that ap vs the others.
