Does anyone know of any situation were a bridge would revert back to its default configuration. Other that pushing the reset button. Please advise.

Use the following procedure to reset the WGB350 to factory defaults.
a) With the power ON, insert a paper clip into the small hole to the left of the power plug.
b) Wait three to four seconds until the status light turns red.
c) The unit will reboot with factory defaults.

That's the answer to a different question; doesn't address what the poster asked.
In normal operation a device should not lose its configuration; this may suggest problems with the flash memory.
