what is the reason of ICMP duplication??

hi guys, 

what is the reason of ICMP duplication??

I have been checking that is there duplicated IP or not?? but there is no duplication, I guess

it happens .intermittently and the stability of network is getting worse.

sometimes very slow, and sometimes happens network disconnection.

pls give some detailed information on this.

We need much more information. What devices are affected, what software are they running, are they using DHCP or static IPs, ...?

we resolved the problem, problem was that duplicated public IP addresses between firewall and ISP device

now it looks fine.....Thanks for the help.
