I have a customer who has at least 100 branches nationwide. I would like to propose each branch to have at least 1 unit of AP for a start. However I have a few questions regardign the security aspect of this design, I hope that you can give me a few tips/advice.
a) Should I propose centralised authentication at the HQ or local authentication at each branch?
b) Each branch's WAN link to HQ varies from 64k to 256k, should I used L2 EAP authentication or HTTP authentication similarly to public hotspots implementation?
c) From your point of view, how should the authentication process be implemented? I have no experience on hotspot implementation, how do they do it?
d) Does Cisco have any billing software/hardware to log user's accounting
