What others expect in prefer to help is more information on what you have done to troubleshoot. Make, model and image of the wireless equipment and device having issues. During your troubleshooting, what have you done to isolate the issue to just that users device? You mean no other users have that issue? That would mean an issue with the device not the wireless. Does the user have issue in his office and no where else? The user have issue with their laptop, tablet and or mobile device? Did you go on-site and test with your device or speak with the user on what he/she is seeing or. Doing when the issue occurs?
If you ask on other forums and the first thing they would tell you is to reboot the laptop:). Maybe you should look at the device and make sure you can replicate the issue and then provide debugs and logs and additional information on how you were able to reproduce the issue.
