Recently some user at a area in my office complain me their phones disconnect and reconnect many times. They just only stay in a room. We have APs both front and back of that room. And i found that client is roaming between 2 AP (1 front and 1 back the room). It happen every 1 - 2 minutes.
From coreswitch i ping client IP with 5000 packets, and client roaming 4 times:
I am using WLC 5520, Software 8.7.106.0 and AP AIR-AP1815M-B-K9
Can you give me some advice, your best practices in roaming optimization
