My client wants to install two different types of antenna (one for ANT-4941 and another for ANT-1728) on AP1200. I am not sure what will happen with the combination. Would anybody give me some suggestions?

The thing to remember about antenna diversity is that only one antenna is active at any given time. Diversity does not double your coverage capability; it just gives you a slightly better chance of avoiding multipath problems as the AP can switch back and forth depending on which one is getting better signal.
The only scenario I can think of where your proposed implementation would be useful is if your site has a LOT of radio insulators/reflectors and only one or a very few users at a time, such that it makes sense to put two omni antennas (both models you listed are omni) farther away from each other than the six inches that a pair of 4941's would give you.

You should have no problems with the two different antennas. Just make sure you configure the access point for diversity when you connect the two antennas. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps430/products_installation_and_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080147d6b.html#1043327

hi,
I'm sure you can install any combination of antennas you may want. But the reason Cisco uses 2 antennas is not for covering 2 completely different areas, is to improve sensitivity of the reception and to use the one getting the best reception of the same signal. What would be the reason to use two separate kinds of antennas?
Cheers,
