Have you ever try using windows server 2008 SNMP to monitor cisco autonomous access points?

If you have problems with configuring SNMP server on windows 2008 then you better visit a microsoft forum and ask there.

If you want help with SNMP configuration with the autonomou AP check into this:

That is correct if you want to set the server as "trap receiver".
