You need to attach the whole boot up output from the console. You have any other AP's on this WLC? What code are you running?

Is the AP local to the WLC? Can you place the AP in the same subnet as the WLC manager interface and see if it joins. Then if it does, you can move it back.

The APs are directly connected to the WLC (3750)G POE-24

Below is the version of the WLC

Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(25)FZ

Can you put it on the same vlan as the WLC also.

The AP acquires DHCP address from the controller and there is a vlan for the APs. Do you want me to manually assign IP (static) to the AP?

Is the WLC and the AP's on the same vlan?

Thanks,

Scott

Yes,they are

TFTP the recovery image to the AP and see if that helps.  You need to download the image from CCO.

Thanks,

Okay... You haven't hit the max ap count? I would tftp the recovery image back to the AP to see if that works.
