Can you please help me with troubleshooting this problem?
I have sometimes clients with HP laptops WIN10 which have problem with upload sppeed on WiFi.
They are connected with full signal near AP on 2.4GHz or 5GHz band and have problem with his upload to network.
Download is about 100Mb/s and upload is 1Mb/s.
I tried use internal and guest SSID and problem was the same.
Also restart NB and problem was the same.
Connect and disconnect client and problem was the same.
We tried go to ohrer location and roam to other AP and problem was the same.
Ethernet ports for this APs dont have any input errors or CRCs.
Client have actual Wireless driver and actual WIN updates.On other clients connected on same AP dont have this problem.Also on my Android phone connected on same AP I didnt have problem wit upload speed.
Its business office enviroment.
WLC C9800-CL with IOS ver 17.3.4c
APs: C9120AXI-E
AP mode: FlexConnect with local switching and local authentification.
