Wireless External Antenna Access Point - Clarification

Dear Team , 

I would like to know, if i purchase Cisco 2702E ( that is with external antenna type) . Will it work without antennas , as we plan to purchase antennas later ?

Short answer is NO, it won't work.  Long answer is yes but by doing so can permanently "burn" the radios and void the warranty.  

Don't risk it.  If there are no antennas, don't even put the AP(s) in the network.
