the customer already have WISM2 in 6509-E core switch , he want to buy 1832 AP , he ask if WISM2 will support wave 2 technology or not and he need to upgrade the software or not ?

The WiSM2 can support the 1830 if the WiSM2 is running the correct firmware.  The minimum required firmware to support 1830 is 8.1.122.0, however, I'd recommend the WiSM2 to run 8.2.141.0 or later.

Depends on the model of the APs.  Go HERE for table which lists what APs are supported in each version of firmware.
