WLAN channel jump

Hi All,

I have noticed something when monitoring channels for my WLAN with inSSIDer and some other monitoring tools:

My AP operates in channel 11. Sometimes the WLANs in channel 11 jump for about 1 second to channel 1 and then come back to normal channel 11.

This happens with each WLAN independently, not with all of them at the same time.

Sometimes all WLANs jump at same time and come back at same time. Sometimes only one of them  jumps and come back. sometimes some of them (but not all) jump at same time and come back.

I am not aware about this behavior and why this is happening. Why a specific SSID would change its channel momentary! All SSIDs on same AP should be under same channel!!

This is pretty strange! have anyone went through same behavior? anyone knows why this is happening?
