WLAN traffic flow (two different SSIDs)

   Thanks for your knowledge and time. 

   I like to know real traffic flow. For example, AIR-AP-1252AG (left top corner) has two SSIDs (Internal and Guest). Internal goes to Core switch (right top corner) and main internet. Guest goes to Core swithc -> 3560 -> WLC -> guest internet. 

  When a user is associated with "internal" SSID from AP Air-AP1252AG (left top), does it go to core switch and internet directly? or it must go to Core -> 3560 -> WLC -> and come back 3560 -> Core -> Internet?

Let's assume that these APs are in local mode.  In that case, all client traffic goes to the WLC > 3560 > 6500 > Internet.

In local mode the WLC is the point where all wireless traffic terminates onto the wired network.

Hi,

Physically Traffic flow would be the same from Guest and Internal SSID to the internet.

Normaly the flow is  clients > APs > Access Switch(we use becasue of limited ports in WLC) > WLC > Core Switch

Logically and virtualy traffic flow is different and seprated depends on configuration you made.

Yes, if the WLC are in local mode then all client traffic goes to the WLC > 3560 > 6500 > Internet.
