Now client in one of the campus can't connect to some certain AP!!! while in the WLC every thing seem normal...

After resetting AP client connect to.

What can I do?

HI,

Check if Radios are enabled or not on these AP!!

Check the power level of each AP?

Check the Tran-smiting channel of each AP ?

Hi

In accordance with your request Attach logging file of ill AP.

Clients don't see the SSID of AP.

"Tx Power Level Assignment" is custom level 1.

"RF Channel Assignment" is custom 11 for certain AP.

For example in one floor of campus install 2 AP. Channel of AP_1 set to 1 and for AP_2 set to 11.

All of APs in one WLAN (& Vlan) and have certain public SSID.

Yours faithfully

Hi,

Please check 2 things:

1. Check if radios of each

2. Check if any other AP group is there ?? Wlan > Advanced

Hi,

2. We Have 3 AP Groups for 3 campus.

1. RF Radios in WLANs > Advanced > AP Groups > Edite 'Campus A' > RF Profile > none for 802.11a & 802.11b

Gratefully

Check if these AP are assigned to any group or not? Also check if which SSIDs are allowed in this group. Regards Sandeep

Yes, for example APs that install to campus 'A' assign to ap group 'A'.

only one SSID assign to all of APs in 3 campus.

Gratefully

Dear Friends

Finally we upgrade controller software to last version (from: AIR-CT5500-K9-8-0-120-0 to AIR-CT2500-K9-8-2-100-0)

Now everything seem OK!

"can't connect to some certain AP!!! " is not enough info for us to help you , add more details so the folks can help you , if you can attach short debug client while the client is unable to connect we would appreciate it
