WLC 8500 Webauth

We have a customer landing page created in PHP with apache server which can be accessed directly via the ip address from any device.

If I redirect the customer via WLC on layer3 and make the webauth to external url, the device is keep refreshing and does not give the landing page.

Help please.

Hi,

What state is the client in during this? Can you attach a copy of 'debug client <mac address>' for a client going through the process?
Do you have a pre-authentication ACL permitting access to the external web server?
Does DNS respond to the external web server address and are DNS lookups permitted via that pre-ACL if there is one?
