WLC 9800 cut voice

Hello,

I have a Wi-Fi controller Cisco C9800-L installed in our site and access points C9115AXE
all access points are successfully linked to the wlc level
but we encountered voice cuts
I have users connected to ssid profile, for voice traffic we have cut off, chopped voice
below profile ssid configured on the wlc 9800
Is there an option to activate or recommend

@Flavio Miranda thank you for your feedback, my issue when I connected via wifi and used microsoft Teams for meetings, there is a voice cut
I read this guide, but are there other guides than well explained traffic voice

If you are suing Teams, you can find config specific for Teams. You saw on the document that the WLC recognise YouTube and Nexflix, might have the same for Microsoft.

But, keep in mind that Wireless QoS worth nothing if your wired network does not help.
