WLC anchor between different platform and release

Hi to all,

I have two old wlc4402 with release 7.0.235.3 and I have new wlc 3504 (into DMZ for guest access) release 8.5.131.0. Is it possible to do an anchor configuration for wlan guest?

anchor configuration it's mean configure a wireless lan for guest users.

most likely it will work, you are running most recent (?) version on the 4400?

Not all Wireless LAN Controller software versions support this. In such cases the remote and anchor controller should run the same version of WLC software. However, the recent software versions do allow the remote and anchor controllers to have different versions.
