Hi,
We have a WLC Active/Standby setup, I just notice we can access the standby GUI but unable to access the active unit GUI using it IP address. Can someone point me in the right direction for resolving this matter. I found some information informing to ensure the management interface isn't using the trunk native VLan. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Thanks. here is the thing -
So from config perspective all looks okay. Redundancy is up and running too. You shouln't be using .252 to access the Active WLC. It will be always .253. 252 is the redundancy mgmt-ip address. So please use -
.253 - To access the Active box (be it primary or secondary unit depending on failover) - both GUI and CLI will work
.251/.252 - To access the Secondary box (depending on which unit is Primary/Secondary) - CLI will work.

- @Quintin.Mayo I think you may be confused because normally the standby is asleep and does not offer GUI access.

Could you please share the outputs of -
show interface summary
show redundancy detail
...and let us know which IP address you are using to access the GUI?
