WLC9800 cannot login via ssh

Hi,

I don't know why but I cannot login via ssh to the WLC 9800 cli.

I can login to the webinterface.

Can someone tell me what is going on?

What model 9800 are you running?

It's the CIsco Catalyst 9800-CL Wireless Controller hosted on an ESX Server.

I was able to login last week and didn't change anything.

In the GUI, under Administration > Command Line Interface run the following commands and provide the output
- show ip ssh
- show run

Hi!
thanks for your help. I'm stupid.

I configured tacacs 3 weeks ago and forgot.

but I'm wondering why is tacacs only valid for the cli login and not for gui login?
