WLC9800-L-F Tengiga ports not working

Hi,

I have the following problem, I have a 9800L-F WLC, and I want to make a portchannel (LAG) with the fiber interfaces, it configures successfully, but I have no traffic through it. I don't see MAC either through this portchannel.
The WLC is using SFP-SX-MMD interfaces. Does anyone know why it doesn't work???

IOS-XE Version 17.3.5

I see some case in nexus with SFP and the issue was the auto negotiation, can you manually set the duplex and speed.

Hi

Can you share the configuration from WLC and the switch it is connected to?

sh run int po X

show int po X status

Hi Flavio,

Adjunto información de los equipos, un dato, si el portchannel lo hago con las interfaces de cobre, sube sin problemas y tengo trafico, pero si bajo ese portchannel y levanto el portchannel de las fibras, este levanta, pero no tengo tráfico.

WLC

Are you using the right fiber cable?

Is it GLC-SX-MMD you are using?

You need to use  1000BASE-SX short wavelength;

Also, when you plug the fiber cable on the WLC side, if you look at the end of the cable, do you see any light, red light?  Can you confirm?

And can you do the same for the switch? plug the SFP, the cable and check the light?

Something is not good on the WLC side.

Yo know wthat appends??  I have a upgrade de IOS, change de config and nothing.

Have you tried a different SFP ?

I don't have any other SFP's at this time. I will try to get others

Downgrade to 16.12.4.

NOTE:  I am not joking.  17.X.X is a bad release for 9200/9200L.  There are a lot of bugs from 9300/9400/9500/9600 version 16.12.X "re-introduced" to 17.X.X.

The problem you are thing is that no traffic is passing, correct?

Just for more one test, can you change the Port-channel to Layer 3 and ping ?
