WLSE is unable to see one Access Point - CSC AIR-AP1131AG-N-K9 11a/g

I do not any knowledge or experience on WLSE. This is the first time I have heard of this product. Customer says that he is not able to see or manage this one CSC AIR-AP1131AG-N-K9 11a/g but can see and manage other Access Points. He tried to delete and re-discover this uint and still has the same problem.

Are the SNMP community strings on the AP match with WLSE?. Try doing a SNMP reachable test to verify that there is SNMP connectivity between this AP and WLSE first.
