A9K-8X100GE-L-SE states

hi everyone

I need to check if the new 2 A9K-8X100GE-L-SE line cards we bought are good

I inserted the first line card, and it get stuck on IN-RESET state.

and the second is stuck in UNPOWERED state

what could be wrong?

 

it should be noted that the lines cards are in ASR 9006 with just one power supply because it is in lab environment.

can you post the "show log" output while its booting?

hi

thanks for replying..

i upgraded from version 5.3.2 to 6.4.2 and it did solve the issue but not completley

the issue now is that i can see only 4 100 gig ports instead of 8
