ASR 9001 interface errror

Please I need assistance, I cannot access the 20 1GB PORTS and the 4 10gb ports from global mode. I have administrative right to the router.

However, if I type interface  preconfigure gig0/0/1//1  from the global mode it will take the command but  I cannot access the interface itself right from Global mode. 

Please how can I resolve this

Can you please post a show platform from the box. Is everything up and running?

Have you checked the syslog for any "strange" entries. Whats the output from show interfaces brief.
