IP-MIB::ipNetToMediaIfIndex would have the capability to do this. But currently the MIB is deprecated. Also querying the ARP table in intense process. you can just run the script via vty and get this done. It can be more effective too.
For ex:
show arp vrf red traffic BVI1001 location 0/3/cpu0
ARP statistics:
Recv: 41 requests, 0 replies
Sent: 85 requests, 42 replies (0 proxy, 0 local proxy, 2 gratuitous)
Resolve requests rcvd: 87
Resolve requests dropped: 0
Errors: 0 out of memory, 0 no buffers
ARP cache:
Total ARP entries in cache: 3
Dynamic: 0, Interface: 2, Standby: 0
Alias: 0, Static: 0, DHCP: 1
IP Packet drop count for BVI1001: 87

It's been two years, do we have a workable MIB yet? ASR 9000 v5.2.0
