Hi there,
1. Can anyone tell me if i can use in the same chassis ASR900, the A9K-RSP440-TR with the A9K-MOD80-SE or for that i will need the A9K-RSP440-SE?
2. Difference between A9K-MOD80 and MOD160?

Hi,
Yep, you can mix and match LC types in the chassis and use SE with TR RSPs or even TR LCs with SE RSPs (RSPs must both be the same type though).
The main difference in the TR and SE versions of the RSP is that the TR has 6GB of memory and the SE has 12GB (more information here http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/routers/asr-9000-series-aggregation-services-routers/data_sheet_c78-674143.html)
These RSPs can be used in the 9006, 9010, and 9904. The 9001 has a built-in RSP, while the 9922 and 9912 use an RP.
The SE and TR LCs differ in scale. The SE has higher scale for the number of L2/3 interfaces, queues for shaping, policer scale, and TCAM space (SE has 4 times the TCAM space with 96K entries while the TR has 24K).
The difference in the MOD160 and MOD80 is that the MOD160 has 4 NPs (2 per bay) and the MOD80 has 2 NPs (1 per bay). The Typhoon NPs can handle 40G each so only the MOD160 can have the 8x10 and 2x40 MPAs, all other MPAs can be used in either MOD card.
Xander (one of our principal engineers) has a great slidedeck from Cisco Live 2013 he presented (BRKSPG-2904) that has a lot of this information and much more related to the platform that you may find useful.
