Hello,
I am facing an issue with the ASR9000v upgrade procedure, after executing upgrade commands (install nv satellite 100 transfer and activate) three times I still have compatible version on the show nv satellite status command:
Remote version: Compatible (not latest version)
ROMMON: 127.0 (Available: 125.0)
FPGA: 1.13 (Latest)
IOS: 285.0 (Latest)
is there any workaround or solution to this?
thanks,
Fouad J

A few issues can cause this:
1. MPP, see Peter's response
2. Using the progress keyword. Do not use the progress keyword
3. TFTP homedir set with the default VRF, 'tftp vrf default ipv4 server homedir disk0:', (manual IP not auto-IP) and the directory is on disk0: TFTP homedir should be removed.
Much of this (2) is fixed in 5.1.1/5.2.0
We disallowed downgrading ROMMON on the satellites.
Thanks,
Sam

Hi
Do you have management-plane configured? If you have that you must allow tftp on the interface where the satellite is located.
control-plane
management-plane
inband
!
interface Bundle-Ether1000 <<<<<Satellite interface
allow TFTP
The ios and FPGA from your output is for release 4.3.2 so im guessing that you are running that. But the ROMMON 127.0 is for 5.1.2 and 5.2.0. Is it a new satellite that you are installing? Dont know if the install process will downgrade rommon if you are running a newer one.
Check this document out for more troubleshooting tips for the satellite.
