ASR9K Line Card licensing

Hi there!

Has anybody worked in the license activation for A9K-4T16GE-SE line card?

I was trying to configure the four 10GE ports for this line card with A9K-4T16GE-AIP-SE license, but just worked two of them.

Are there another license to enable the other ports (i.e. A9K-2T-SE-LIC)? I think it shouldn't.

Hi,

The AIP license is for 4096 VRFs. The 2T license is for the remaining 10G ports.

If you have installed the license you should add this

Conf ter -- hw-module port-control license location X and the reload the LC.
