BNG 9001 w/MC-LAG trying to rule out it as source of streaming issues

I have a few thousand customers on an ASR9001 with a backup MC-LAG ASR9001 as warm-standby, it's doing PPPoE with QOS Policies for each customer.

 

It's been working fine for a while now not a hiccup really, but I've been getting reports that clients are having issues where randomly their streaming will start buffering (youtube, other streams stick/buffer) and even netflix loses quality and drops to crap bitrates) for a bit periodically.

 

I've checked elsewhere on the network haven't tracked any issues down, and I have my upstream checking, I'm wondering if somehow the PPPoE could be introducing the issue suddenly somehow. We haven't made any changes to the QOS policies our radius is issuing, and don't see any errors/alarms in the logs on the ASR9001 units... 

 

Is there some metrics I need to check or confirm on the ASR to confirm theirs nothing weird going on? Any recommendations would be great.
