Cannot Download IOS XRv

Hi,

In order to experiment with the NETCONF and OpenConfig capabilities of the OS I wanted to download the virtual image from here https://developer.cisco.com/site/ios-xr/. However when I click on the Download button I get redirected to this page:

Is the download still available?

Link is ok. Site is kinda broken but add to chart and then download is working.

The IOS-XRv download page is broken since a long time, still not fixed though :/

I had to use the Cisco download manager because the regular download was broken. It stopped every few minutes and I had to start all over again.

I get the same error page when I follow the link. I think I don't have the necessary permissions to download the software. When I click on "Add to chart" in the Download Software page I get the following message:

Hi,

You have to associate the apropiate service contract number if you want to be able to download XR software. Check with your account team.
