Cisco A9K-24X10GE-TR memory error

Hello,
I am getting an error while booting the linecard :

PLATFORM-NP-0-INIT_ERR : Device BST memory test failure 0x80001761 on NP channel 7 external TM memory

There are a lot of other errors but I think it's the one related to my issue.

It does a kernel dump, and it keeps reloading. 

It looks like a faulty hardware, could you maybe confirm ?

Is there any fix like changing the memory as we did on Cat6500 in the past (except send it back to the supplier) ?

Usually a BSIT error on an asr9k LC that keeps rebooting means the card has to be replaced. If you search show logging for "NP" you should see "failed to setup" or similar errors for various NPs when setting up the hardware.

I would RMA this card.

The error log clearly indicate a bad hardware due to BST memory test failure during bootup.

Please proceed with RMA/replacement.
