Hi,

If I have CRS 72 LCCs and 8 FCCs, one FCC chassis is a fabric plane, but for two different LCC, their fabric plane ,   for example, fabric plane 0, connected to 3 oim card, such as LCC0 fabric plane 0  3 oim connect to FCC0 slot 0,1,2 (horizion layout),  LCC9 fabric plane 0 3 oim connect to FCC0 slot 3,4,5,   LCC1,LCC9 connect to two different sets of S2 fabric cards(they didn't connect to same set of fabric s2 card in FCC0), IF LCC0 line card want to send traffic to LCC9 line card, How FCC0 transfer traffic from slot 0 fabric(which connect LCC0) card to slot 3 fabric card (which connect LCC9).

   thank you!

Tom

if CRS-3 1-3 LCC connect to one FCC, using vetical layout ,one SFC represent one fabirc plane. there are max 3 LCC permit to connect,in FCC for one s2 card, there are 3 S2 ASIC on one s2 card, my question is that's mean one s2 chip must connect to all 3 lcc same fabric lane S1,S3 chip? because one s2 chip has 72 s1-s2 input link and 144 s2-s3 output link. but when we expand 3 LCC to 9 LCCs, we must using horizon layout. for one fabric plane, there are 9 LCCs connect to FCC, my question is: for one S2 chip on FCC fabric sub-board, this s2 chip must connect to all 9 LCC s1 and s3 chip? but one s2 chip only has 72 s1-s2 input link and 144 s2-s3 output link ,can support max 3 LCC. thank you Tom
