The installation job stalls out in the disk space check, then it comes back with the following in the warnings/error box::

In the session log, it shows these errors:

after that it hangs and the job dies off.
anyone have any idea why it's hanging and failing? The two files above in the warnings box are not hanging because of an FTP problem, but because of the same error that is listed on the mini-px.pie above. it's the exact same error:

We're trying to upgrade from 6.3.3 to 6.4.2, but CSM has been fighting us the whole time.
