Hello
The customer would like to implement SRv6 into their from the current design.
But the router has ISIS multi instance (both are L2).
Core NW --- the router --- Access
# The router is the multi ISIS instance.
Is it possible to distribute SRv6 locator TLV from one ISIS instance to another?
If yes, may I ask how I can implement? (IOS-XR 7.8.2 NCS 5500)
The customer would like to deploy end to end SRv6 topology, and they want to change their current ISIS multi instance design due to their policy.

Hi,
This separation of routing domains is pretty common, for which reason the solution is available.
Yes, you need to perform redistribution between IS-IS instances. While doing it, it's recommended to perform summarisation with UPA to avoid traffic blackholing and ensure faster convergence. You have a comprehensive guide to follow here:
