Hi,

Does IOS-XR minor upgrade from 5.3.1 to 5.3.3 on ASR9922 impact EEM and VRF license ?

Are there any issues for this ?

Also, rolling back from 5.3.3 to 5.3.1 impact anything like config, EEM,l icense etc ?

No it will not effect EEM or license  and the same for rolling back

Are there any issues for this ?

If your asking are there any issues with that version , you should check the release notes online and see what open caveats/bugs there are in that software version and also the filed notices to see exactly what may be effected

5.3.4 Is the recommended safe harbour version for that platform not 3.3 currently

I am not talking about BUG but just minor upgrede/downgrade between 5.3.1 and 5.3.3 will impact config, license or EEM.

It will not impact Lic and EEM, but still you shouldn't be using 5.3.4..
